Privacy Policy

GrayceMed is designed to collect only the information needed for the service you choose. We use a privacy-first workflow: minimum necessary collection, a case-ID-based process, secure and access-controlled handling, and defined retention and deletion practices.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, inquiry topic and message.
• Stay Connected and waitlist forms: your name, email address and the report or tool you're interested in.
• Free downloads: your first name, email address and, if you choose, who you're caring for, plus whether you'd like to receive caregiving tips and updates.
• Purchases: the details needed to complete your order, including a shipping address for printed binders. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
• Guided setup calls: your booking details. During a call, your facilitator may record information your family chooses to share, on a GrayceMed-controlled device, to help complete your Playbook.
• Report intake: after you purchase a report, a secure guided intake asks for the information needed for that report, such as your current medication and supplement list, stated allergies, daily routines and dietary preferences. This information is collected only through the secure intake, never through the contact forms on this website.
• Website usage: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and cookies used by our website platform to keep the site working and understand how it's used.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and provide customer service
• To prepare and deliver the report or product you purchased
• To deliver free downloads you request
• To send report and tool availability updates, caregiving tips, articles and occasional announcements if you joined Stay Connected or opted in on a free download
• To operate, secure and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information from your report intake for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run GrayceMed, such as our website and email platform, secure intake form provider and payment processor. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Report intake information is kept only as long as needed to prepare and deliver your report and answer follow-up questions, and is deleted within 60 days after delivery. Information recorded during a guided setup call is given to you in your Playbook and deleted from our device within 60 days after the call. Order and shipping records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Contact, Stay Connected and free-download details are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please share only what's requested through the secure intake.

Children

GrayceMed is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us about a report for someone in their care.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Our services

GrayceMed Analytics provides educational resources, general-wellness planning tools and educational, informational reports that help you organize information and prepare for conversations with licensed healthcare professionals. Some products described on this website are still in development and will be available as the service opens.

Our content, tools and reports are not medical advice and do not create a provider–patient relationship. Please read the Medical & Nutrition Disclaimer below.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information in any intake you submit.
• Confirm any medication, nutrition or health decision with a pharmacist, prescribing clinician or registered dietitian.
• Use the website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Purchases and pricing

GrayceMed reports, digital downloads, printed binders and guided setup calls are one-time purchases. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price at the time of purchase applies. Typical report turnaround is 5–7 business days after your secure intake is complete. Digital downloads are delivered by email right after purchase. Printed binders ship within 5–7 business days to addresses in the United States, with flat-rate shipping shown at checkout. Guided setup calls are held by video at the time you book and include the Caregiver Coordination Playbook PDF.

Intellectual property

The website, articles, tools and reports are owned by GrayceMed Analytics. You may use and print them for your own personal or family use. Please don't resell, republish or distribute them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, GrayceMed Analytics and Grayce IT LLC are not liable for decisions made based on our content or reports, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Medical & Nutrition Disclaimer

GrayceMed Analytics provides educational, organizational and general-wellness resources. GrayceMed is not a medical provider, pharmacy, telehealth service or insurer, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical nutrition therapy or emergency services.

• Reports identify educational considerations and questions for discussion. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or tell you to start, stop, skip or change any medication.
• Meal-planning and nutrition tools support general wellness and planning. They are not a substitute for guidance from a registered dietitian or physician.
• Always confirm medication decisions with a pharmacist or prescribing clinician, and seek guidance from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional for personal medical decisions.

Refund Policy

We want every report to be useful. Here's how refunds work for one-time reports.

• Before you start your intake: request a refund within 3 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund.
• After your intake is submitted: preparation of your report has begun, so the purchase is generally non-refundable.
• If we can't complete your report: for example, because the request falls outside what GrayceMed provides, you'll receive a full refund.
• If something is wrong: if your report contains an error in the information you provided, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no cost.

Other products:

• Digital downloads, such as the Caregiver Coordination Playbook PDF, are refundable only if the file is defective or can't be delivered.
• Printed binders are refundable or replaced at no cost if they arrive damaged or with a printing error. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. Binders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
• Guided setup calls can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the call. Calls canceled within 24 hours, or missed, are non-refundable, but we'll offer one free reschedule. The included Playbook PDF is yours to keep.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
